We went and did a community survey up into a tribe called the Mangyans who live up in the hills. Asking how many children and how many born at home with or without a licensed midwife or a doctor with midwifery skills. We also wanted to know about postpartum visits afterwards and how many had any from a skilled birth attendant. Most if not all delivered at home with mothers or husbands only.
